David Ross Rosenfeld

david5.jpg (8522 bytes)David Rosenfeld is a nationally recognized authority on legal ethics and professional responsibility. He provides ethics counsel and representation for attorneys, law firms and judges in disciplinary matters, disqualification and sanction motions, as well as related ethical matters before federal and state courts and disciplinary and regulatory administrative agencies. 

Mr. Rosenfeld is an adjunct Professor at George Mason University School of Law and former Chairman of the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board.  Among his numerous writing credits is the Virginia Law Foundation publication Lawyer Discipline in Virginia. He has been qualified as an expert in federal and state judicial proceedings, and lectures extensively throughout the Commonwealth.

David received his J.D. degree in 1968 from the George Washington University Law School.  He is a principal in the Alexandria, Virginia law firm of David Ross Rosenfeld, P.C.
